Due to the mindset she developed over the years and finding herself addicted to the internWhile her personality online is outgoing and highly capable of performing outrageous deeds while also justifying the ill desires of others--Lore-Ley's nature outside of the internet is quite different. After having been completely digital for years on end with no form of interpersonal physical contact with others, she is very self-conscious about talking, and often worries that she will say the wrong thing or misread the room. The concern she feels for others is genuine, and though she feels a strong sense of hesitance born out of the experiences of virtual friendships often coming and going like the wind; Lore-Ley is at present doing her best to reconnect with people.
Background:
Diagnosed with a rare case of congenital hydrophilia from an incredibly early age that required her to be submerged in order to prevent full-body muscle pain and weakness, Lore-Ley's spent many of her days in a bathtub with her parents caring for her. However, as the years tolled by, and her condition showed no signs of improvement--Her parents grew weary, and eventually bought a computer for her on one of her birthdays so as to keep her entertained and occupied, and thus avoid any further conversations with her. With much time spent online and finding her freedom more and more restricted, the girl's temper turned on her parents, who eventually reached their breaking point that lead to her abandonment with the only minimal interaction being a monthly deposit of funds into her account.
After having attempted to take her life with the departure of her parents, her abilities as a Sinner awoke, and the tenuous virtual relationships became what saved her.
Once shackled by the Chief, her condition has improved and stabilized to a degree, allowing her to walk about instead of being confined to a bathtub; But she must still make an effort to keep her skin moist or else she will suffer for it.
